The very sexy model-designer, property “tycooness” and sometime rock ‘n’ roll singer, who celebrated her 36th birthday earlier this month, has designed her first handbag collection for the French, luxury leathergoods brand, Longchamp, famous for its foldaway ‘Le Pliage’.

“In my life there is one fixed constant – the connection between my music and soul.

Shakira – who is famed for her sizzling curves – added that while she sticks to a healthy eating and fitness regime, she can’t stop indulging her sweet tooth.

“I think it is important that you are in balance,” the songstress added.

“I really like to eat, I love chocolate and all kinds of sweets. I’m absolutely addicted to it.”
